Q1: How do I get paid?
Payments are made through PayPal only. Ensure that your PayPal email matches the email used for your affiliate registration.
Q2: What is the commission rate?
You will earn 10% (during promotion – 25% commission) for each sale made through your referral link. Excluding all third party fee, example PayPal fee or bank transaction fees, etc.
Q3: When do I receive my payout?
Payouts are processed during the second week of each calendar month for the previous month’s earnings. Please make sure your account meets the $100 payout threshold.
Q4: What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
If you don’t have a PayPal account, go to PayPal and Sign Up.
Q5: What happens if my PayPal email doesn’t match the affiliate email?
If the email addresses do not match, we will not be able to process your payment. Please ensure they match to avoid delays.
Q6: How do I track my sales and commissions?
You can track your referrals and commissions directly through the affiliate dashboard provided to you after affiliate registration.
Q7: Can I promote Go.1twh.com on social media or my blog?
Yes, you are free to promote Go.1twh.com on your blog, website, social media, or other platforms, as long as you follow the program’s guidelines and use only approved marketing methods.
Q8: What happens if I don’t reach the $100 payout threshold in a month?
If you do not reach the $100 minimum payout threshold in a given month, your earnings will carry over to the next month until the threshold is met.
Q9: Can I terminate my participation in the affiliate program?
Yes, you can choose to stop participating at any time. However, any commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the terms above.
